Refund and Cancelation Policies:

Individual Course Purchases
No refunds will be issued for individual course purchases made from aceitcpe.com. All purchases will be considered final. The course will be provided for one year from purchase. Provided the course was not completed and no certificate has been issued, you may swap it for any other program offered on our website of equal or lesser value. You must complete the support form requesting such action and include what course you would like to exchange it for.

Bundle Course Purchases
A 7 Day 100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee will be offered on all bundle programs. Minus the online cost of any course you received a certificate for.  The refund, minus any non-refundable fees, shall be processed within ten business days from the date of request.

 Cancelation Requests

You may request to cancel your account with us at anytime. You must fill out the support form requesting cancelaton. Upon requesting account cancelation you forfeit any money collected unless a refund was granted. Upon cancelation you will no longer have ability to log in to your account and access your information. This includes all history and other data such as your certificates.
